Collage Payroll Is Here!

It has been an honour to lead Collage HR for the last two years. We accelerated growth and achieved key milestones during this period. Spending time with our amazing team led by Steven Hanna, Heather Simmonds, and Louis Custodio has been my favourite part.
Since 2016, we built a complete HR platform, enhanced by payroll and benefits services that move data to Canada’s leading payroll and benefits providers. We removed double entry within HR, payroll, and benefits for our clients. The HR functionality has always been exceptional because of the care the team has taken of our product and a relentless focus on Canadian businesses. But from speaking to current and prospective clients, we knew something was missing. One complete solution for HR and payroll, with one login for admins as well as employees, along with a seamless integration of people’s time off and timesheets.

Prior to leading Collage, I was with two of Canada’s SMB payroll software providers. I’ve seen the importance of it for clients. Paying your staff is a top priority and a non-negotiable. It is also a very stressful process for too many employers today.
We are excited to announce the launch of Collage Payroll! The initial interest from our existing clients has been incredible. At Collage, we pride ourselves in building a high quality, simple, and intuitive platform that is supported by a strong Canadian client services team. Our entry into payroll software will only enhance that relentless focus. The Collage platform will be even better for businesses with 10-1,000 employees. We believe that this market is severely underserved in Canada, with existing HR and payroll providers focusing on smaller or enterprise clients or on other geographies.
Our payroll services will continue supporting existing and new clients using our partner payroll platforms, including ADP, Dayforce, Desjardins, Nethris, Payworks and Wagepoint. We value those partnerships and the quality of those teams and platforms.
We will be doubling down on our HR consultant, benefits advisor, benefits carrier, and other partners through our partnership program. We drastically expanded our partner network in the last 12 months and plan on continuing to do so in a way that is beneficial for those partners and their clients.
Our future is looking bright. Collage HR has been gaining market share and we accelerated revenue growth, despite the broader market conditions. We are excited to serve even more clients and partners.
